| The Views Queens Tower offers both City Views (East side of building) and Sunset Views (West side of building). Each unit on the "Availabilty Pages" will display two pricing structures—a Base Unit Price and an Upgraded Unit Price (more information below). To view availability click on a view link above Formerly apartments, the Queens Tower has undergone extensive transformations as it becomes one of the city's most exclusive collection of private residences. Base units reflect the apartment era with the following improvements listed below.  Base Unit: Includes new electrical service, new PTAC (Package Terminal Air Conditioning) units and provides a vertical plumbing chase wall for washer and dryer connections. This chase will be located in one of the closets as indicatd on the plans. PLease note that the base unit work does not include a hook-up for a washer and dryer (hook-up and closet are available at an additional cost). Also note that all existing finishes and equipment are in an "as is" condition. Upgraded Unit: The scope of work includes all items listd in the base unit plus all new finishes and eqipment. New kitchens are porvided with maple cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. New bathrooms feature travertine flooring and tub/shower surrounds, new fixtures, maple vanity cabinets with granite top. New lighting fixtures are provided throughout. New flooring includes Brazilian cherry wood in the entry and kitchen, and upgraded carpet in living and sleeping areas. A choice of several color options are available as shown in the sales center. A selected number of additional upgrade choices are available on an "a la carte" menu basis on the base units. In addtion, there is an option to upgrade the lighting, and upgrade all living area to a wood floor.
