The Developers Queens Tower is developed by City Lights Development II, LLC. The principles are Tom Herskovits and John McLinden: they recently completed The Bluffs Condominum project in Covington, KY and are planning phases of the Incline District mixed use developement adjacent to Queens Tower, Maryland Townhomes, and several other major projects in the Cincinnati area. The principals began their partnership and development activities in the Chicago market in 1993. Of note, Tom Herskovits lived in Queens Tower and met his wife of now 28 years while he spent 10 years in Cincinnati as an executive of Proctor and Gamble.
