The Incline District The Incline District is a special designation given to the exciting and emerging new neighborhood on the top of the hill within the boundries of Elberon to the west and south, Warsaw to the north, and Maryland to the east. The origin of the name comes from the fact that the Price Hill Incline terminated directly adjacent to Queens Tower. A mixed use project is currently in the planning stages and would include destination restaurants, retail, service businesses and office space. While it is not yet confirmed, City Lights along woith numerous neighborhood groups, political allies and potential partners are taking aggressive action to make the project a reality. In addition, street banners will designate the area and there will be strong evidence that the neighborhood will become one of the most sought after urban neighborhoods in Cincinnati.
